Spectacular EVENTS: Engage in an Eventful Stay
Norcross lays claim to a regular rotation of events – each one serving as a celebration of the city’s dedication to imagination. The slower pace of a historic main street setting is kicked up a notch as this little town offers big events and even bigger fun. As word spreads of the fanciful and festive lineup, throngs travel from near and far to take part. The list includes classic car shows, art & craft festivals, live concerts, food truck feasts, movies under the stars, holiday gatherings and so much more!
Dig In: Savory meals are downtown’s signature – our restaurants aim to please! Diverse menus offer everything from authentic Mexican mole and homemade tortillas to freshly made Cuban empanadas. Enjoy English pub-style fish ‘n chips, New York style pizza, family-style Italian, mouthwatering burgers and Cajun specials! Parks & THINGS TO DO: Come relax in our city's beautiful parks among winding sidewalks, gorgeous landscapes, and spectacular trees, including the towering American elm in Betty Mauldin Park, the largest American elm in the state of Georgia, over 100 years old. The Georgia Forestry Commission presented the city of Norcross with a Georgia Champion Tree Certificate in 1999. Take a walking tour and enjoy all of our city's 1,123 trees, guided by our illustrated Norcross' Historic Tree Walk Brochure(available at the Norcross Welcome Center, and at the Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center).
